My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent for exploring the Camino del Rey and right by the train station, offering stunning views. However, the rooms were not suitable for use, being noisy and cold. The service was very helpful but could be hit or miss at times.

The room I stayed in was not suitable for use as a bedroom. It was also quite noisy at night; we could hear other guests' televisions and conversations as if they were in the room. Staying in winter, the room was quite cold and very small with extremely narrow and steep spiral stairs.

The hotel's service was very helpful in arranging tickets for us, which would have been challenging on short notice otherwise. Some staff members were excellent. They spoke good English and assisted with tickets, but there were inconsistencies in service quality.
